Well our date is the 15 th of June as planed in 2013 after I graduate RN school. So right now I am looking at dresses from anywhere and everywhere. I think I found a great one and tomorrow I am going to go try it on I hope. I would post all the picture of how I want my hair and what all dresses I have tried on but my fiancé would see and that would ruin our moment of seeing me when I walk down the aisle. So instead I'll tell you about my decorations and all the crazy things that have happened.
Let's see well I want a outdoor themed wedding so I am bringing the outdoors in with branches and romantic colors and candle light. The food for the rehearsal is really good my soon to be husband picked out a hearty piece of meat and potatoes. For the wedding we want a candy table as "favors".... Yum!! Anyways well back to the decorations mom went for .. She's going to hit me when y'all read this.. Green bunnies and squarels ... Oh and green balls soo if anyone wants moss covered animals for their house so that it can freak people out when they first walk in... They are free hahahahahah!!! The center pieces I want very branchy and candles hanging from the twigs. Trust me I have seen the picture the center pieces will turn out great and look great. I'm also looking on esty.com and found a prefect picture that's framed so that people can sign in on the wedding day on that instead of a book! Sence I got time I want to go out of the box and do things people don't usually do like a brooch bouque and a tree thing instead of lighting candles or mixing water. It will all match my theme and it matches how we are on the day to day as well.
At the end of the day all I want is something special and happy with no fuss over where a decoration should be placed. Who's going to remember anyways.

The Wedding Plans
Our wedding is finally set in stone! June the 15th of 2012 not 2013! The plans are to have it at sunset on the terrace at Lake Guntersville State Park, and having the reception in the Grandview Ballroom. I fell in love with this place, the view through the windows is amazing. The carpet is not my favorite at all but from the walls up it is wonderful. The terrace is half way covered and I hope we dont have to have it for rain!! The chairs and napkins are all white just to make it all easy to match and my colors that I am sure on is dark purple and sand colored tan and yellow. I loved the way calla lilies look and I found these really great fake ones from hobby lobby that even fooled Blake at first. For the centerpieces there is this really beautiful big glass bowls and vases that would be perfect but I have to catch them on sale for sure. I really want a lot of candels of all sizes everywhere, just something romantic. Were going to have about 150 guests and a small wedding party. The guys are going to be in a tan suit and the girls probably in purple. I think the flower girl would be so cute in a country dress, like the one I had to wear as a flower girl! So far thats about all that I have got so far.
how everything started!
I met Blake at my first job, Gutheries. He was passing thru to go hunting with his friends. We started dating on October 24, 2009.He proposed to me on May 13,2011. Yes that was Friday the thirteenth. He picked the Veranda On Highland to eat which was amazing! Then he proposed to me on top of the Vulcan as the sun was setting over Birmingham. We love to go do new things and find new places to go so I had no idea that he was about the pop the question that day! I was definitely speechless...for a few seconds at least. It was so perfect.
We are both graduating from college this year. He is going to be a elementary school teacher and when I finish I'll be a RN. Were planning on living somewhere in the Gadsden area. I love it up here.
